First of all, we do accept returns in exchange for another size alternative. We like to maintain this foundation of user experience and will gladly send you a replacement that will fit, without any questions.
In the following cases you can return your orders:
You received the wrong item:
Although we double check everything, it can occur that you get the wrong item. No worries, please send a photo of the incorrect item you received to our e-mail adress. Afterwards we will send you the right item.
You received a damaged/faulty item:
Because everey single product is made by hand and therefore quality controled, it almost never happens. In case you receive a damaged item, please send us an e-mail, stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item at no additional costs.
In any of these cases, please send an e-mail to email@example.com before you send your item back.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Please note: We do not provide prepaid returns shipping labels and returns shipping for exchanges is at the customers expense. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our costs.
Prior being accepted, the return must fall under the following conditions:
- The products are not worn, used or washed
- The original tags and labels are still attached
- You contacted the support via e-mail, before iniciating the return process
