Please keep in mind, this is in addition to postal transit times. We are working as quickly as possible to get orders out and sincerely appreciate your patience.
Production Time:
Directly after you place your order, it will be processed by one of our facillities. These are located in both, the united states and europe. The time until you receive your order depends on your shipping adress.
It takes about 2 - 7 businnes days to be manufactured, while 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Shipping Time:
For customers in Europe and the United States the average shipping duration is about 5 - 8 business days.
Canadian shipping destinations take from 5 - 10 business days of delivery..
For the rest of the world, the international shipping time is about 10 - 20 business days.
In order to have a convenient and straight forward shopping experience, we decided to enable free shipping for all our customers world wide. We have partnered with various shipping companies to give you the best and reliable delivery option.

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to kamil.hajek@gmx.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
The staff at our printing facility will pick up your order as fast as possible. Often times in a matter of hours. Unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via e-mail at kamil.hajek@gmx.com as soon as possible.
This site uses the globaly established Shopify Payments system, which enables secure and fast transactions and includes payment processing through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
We can reach customers from all over the world. Yes we do offer international shipping.
Our online store is powered by the industry leading e-commerce platform Shopify. This means transactions are being processed with the highest possible amount of security. The gateway uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available).
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
There are no custom fees in the US and Europe for orders. International packages can have possible custom fees from some governments, which we do not collect.
To maintain high-quality standards, all orders go through a 3-step quality check, before we ship them out:
- Our automated software checks graphics for quality before printing
- Fulfillment specialists check quality while orders print
- Final quality check after printing and curing
We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.
Each facility has implemented corporate social responsibility initiatives, like LED lighting and recycling programs for paper, plastic, and glass. All ink waste is disposed of to meet environmental regulations. We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content.
